Children's Education 

 

Saint Teresa's offers Sunday School classes for Children Age 3-18.   Elementary level classes are arranged with 2 years together.  Older children are grouped my school level.

• Three Year-Olds & Pre-Kindergarten
• Kindergarten & First Grade
• Second & Third Grades
• Fourth & Fifth Grades 
• Middle School Students
• High School Students

 

Nursery: We Supply an attractive and professionally staffed nursery for children up to age 3 every Sunday morning.  The nursery is next to the parish office on the East side of the building.

 

 

Currently our Children's Sunday School Classes, Sr. EYC, and Mission and Ministry groups are teaming up to support Heifer International with our Spare Change Sundays on the first Sunday of each Month.  Everyone is encouraged to bring their spare change to church to place in our special donation basket during the offering.

WHEN:        Sunday, January 27th, following the 10:45 Eucharist

WHERE:      right here at St. Teresa's

WHAT:        1) A terrific light lunch for you and your children

                  2) Presentation by a national trainer on Catechesis of the Good Shepherd, a world-famous program for ages 3 to 11.

                  3) A chance to say a Thank You to our Sunday School Teachers,

WHO: Dads, Moms, Grandparents

WHY:           For the spiritual health of the whole family

Wednesday Evenings

Ages 4 to 11

Children enjoy a center -based program that supplements our Sunday School program.  We will focus on one scripture per night, with activities, crafts and games based on God's word.  Volunteers welcome!
