St. Teresa's Episcopal Church

Christian Education Classes and Schedule

Blessings and welcome to another great year of Christian formation and education at St. Teresa's!  In this mailing you'll find all you need to know to get involved in study and fun at St. Teresa's this fall.

Sundays -- Youth classes begin this Sunday, September 9th and are available for all ages. For adults, in addition to the Sojourners and Discoverers,  Our Rector will be teaching a class devoted to Scripture Study and our Assistant Rector will facilitate a discussion class organized around prayer.  Adult classes begin September 16th.

Wednesdays -- The Wednesday Night dinners resume September 12th when the church is packed with offerings including Holy Eucharist, Jr. and Sr. EYC, and programming for adults and their children.  Choir practice for all ages happens this night too.

Questions:  Call Father Buff at 770-590-9040 or Helen Daniell 770-439-0656.

Education for Ministry (EfM):  Designed by the Sewanee School of Theology, this course of study breaks open the scriptures and church in surprising and remarkable ways, and catalyzes your faith to fuller service.  Students regularly form deep bonds of friendship with each other.  Each year begins a new section of the curriculum, which covers Old and New Testaments, Church History, and Liturgy and Theology.  Classes meet weekly and are led by a trained EfM mentor.  See Bob Brancheau to register.
